ZapLux LLC provides residential cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, carpet repair and stretching, and related home services. Estimates provided via phone, text, WhatsApp, or through photos submitted by clients are approximations and may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the work area.

2. Appointments and Confirmations

Service appointments requested through our website or direct contact channels are subject to direct confirmation by our team. We operate from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to the service location within the DMV area, secure pets prior to technician arrival, and inform our team of any delicate surfaces, special handling requirements, or specific safety instructions.
